Our Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances but may be applied toward a transfer (see below).

90 days or more before the retreat start date: You may cancel for a full refund of your payment minus the deposit.

60–89 days before the retreat start date: You may cancel for a 30% refund of the retreat price, minus the deposit.

30 days or less before the retreat start date: No refunds are available.

At any time, you may request to transfer your spot to a friend (subject to our approval).

You may also request to apply your payment toward a future retreat or coaching program, within 12 months of your original retreat date.

All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to our team.

Refunds are calculated on the retreat price excluding the deposit.

Flights, transportation, visas, or any additional personal expenses are not refundable.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events.
